Blocks from the Chain — Issue #75
happy 1st of the month! :) month six into the year, can you believe it? did you get done in the year what you wanted to yet? is it time to start to reboot and step it back up? maybe! even MEOS launches today, the so called ‘steemit 2.0’ killer, i’m really not sure how it’s going to do that when it can do that itself already! :) — seriously thou, it’s great to see EOS, BTS and STEEM as the TOP THREE of the blocktivity score chart! all dan/stan enabled projects and incredible to everyone in the world of the blockchain industry.
either way, i’m not fussed. i’ll use one platform, three platforms, multi sidechains, i’ll go where i feel useful, comfortable and i’ll put my value into these chain economies, i’ll learn a little about the tech, share what i know and basically just form that digital layer between them — i’m not here to just back the best, the winner or the best tech. i’m in it for the progression, the momentum of moving forward in digital technology. supporting the visionary work of people who want to try something different.
steem was always my first true social blockchain that i can call home, nothing changes for me on the annoucement from EOS, it’s fantastic that the top 3 are all in some way powered by the hard work and vision that dan has put into them, it helps the whole blockchain global movement — not everything needs a blockchain ledger either, but for the blogging messaging i want to do on the web it certainly feels like something i should be interested in.
ANYWHO.
it’s beer day, time to get out there, enjoy the weather, drink some beer and enjoy the rest of the day and weekend. i might not catch the new straight away but i’ll certainly be doing a video after it, enjoy the steempeak links below! :)
